Lead the overall operations of multiple façade projects from award to final handover.
Develop and monitor operational plans, project schedules, manpower, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, and internal departments.
Ensure engineering, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical approvals are completed on schedule.
Oversee procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials.
Manage factory production, fabrication, logistics, and site installation activities.
Monitor project budgets, cost control, variations, and overall operational performance.
Ensure compliance with contract specifications, project milestones, and quality requirements.
Conduct regular operational review meetings and provide progress reports to the General Manager.
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety standards.
Lead Project Managers, Factory Manager, Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement, and Site Teams to achieve operational objectives.
Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues in coordination with consultants and clients.
Ensure timely project completion, testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover.
