Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly line by performing various tasks such as packaging, labeling, and sorting products.
• Operate machinery and equipment under the guidance of skilled workers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production process.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to minimize errors and accidents.
• Monitor the production line for any issues or malfunctions and report them to supervisors.
• Assist in conducting quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and products as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Assist in inventory management by counting and organizing stock.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations regarding health, safety, and sanitation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
