Job Summary :-

We are seeking an experienced Civil / Site Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day civil construction activities on site. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building construction projects and be capable of supervising manpower, coordinating site activities, and ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Supervise daily site operations and manage workforce activities

• Ensure all civil and structural works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and foremen for smooth execution of work

• Monitor and coordinate concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, shuttering, block work, plastering, and finishing works.

• Check proper alignment, levels, dimensions, and positioning of structural and architectural elements before and during execution.

• Allocate tasks and supervise site manpower, subcontractors, and labor teams.

• Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Monitor work progress and report daily site activities.

• Manage material usage, site resources, and manpower efficiently

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in building construction projects in UAE .

• Strong knowledge of concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.

• Experience in supervising manpower and subcontractors on site.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• UAE construction experience is mandatory.
