Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Project Engineer for a construction company in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in construction projects and should be able to coordinate site activities, monitor progress, and support project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.

• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

• Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager.

• Check quality of work and ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Assist in preparing material requests, site reports, inspection requests, and work schedules.

• Follow up on approvals, drawings, and technical clarifications.

• Ensure proper manpower, materials, and equipment are available at site.

• Support in resolving site issues and coordinating between different trades.

• Ensure site safety requirements are followed by the team and subcontractors.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in building construction projects in UAE

• Good knowledge of civil works, site execution, finishing, and coordination.

• Ability to read and understand drawings, BOQ, and specifications.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage site priorities.

• UAE driving license will be an advantage.
