Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely operate the bus by adhering to all traffic laws, ensuring the safety of passengers and other road users.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring that those with disabilities or special needs receive appropriate support.
- Maintain a punctual schedule while managing time effectively to accommodate traffic conditions and unforeseen delays.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in transportation or logistics is a plus.
- A valid commercial driver's license (CDL), with endorsements for passenger transport.
- At least 2 years of experience driving large vehicles, preferably in a public transportation setting.
- Proficiency in using GPS and navigation systems to ensure efficient route planning.
