Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end BMS project execution
Site coordination with contractors, consultants, and clients
Installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS systems
Troubleshooting and resolving system issues on site
Programming and configuration of controllers (Siemens preferred)
Integration of HVAC, lighting, and other building automation systems
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
Prepare site reports, documentation, and as-built drawings
Ensure quality and safety standards are followed
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field is required.
Strong experience in Building Management Systems (BMS)
Siemens BMS experience is preferred (Desigo or similar)
Experience with other BMS systems (Honeywell / Schneider / Delta / Tridium, etc.) is an advantage
KNX system knowledge advantage
Strong understanding of HVAC control systems
Site coordination and project execution skills
Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Siemens BMS certification or hands-on experience
UAE project experience
