Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's freight forwarding and logistics services.
Generate new business leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Promote Sea Freight, Air Freight, Land Transportation, Customs Clearance, and Logistics services.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers to convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain daily call reports and update customer information in the CRM/Excel database.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Coordinate with the pricing and operations team to provide quotations and service information. Maintain professional communication with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Sales, or Freight Forwarding will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
Knowledge of Malayalam will be an added advantage.
Confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented personality.
Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidates with their own valid UAE Visa (Freelance, Spouse, Golden Visa, etc.) will be preferred
