Roles & Responsibilities
1. Production Planning
Plan and schedule daily precast production activities.
Ensure timely availability of moulds, reinforcement, and raw materials.
Coordinate with the planning and QA/QC teams.
2. Supervision & Execution
Supervise casting, compaction, and finishing processes.
Ensure correct mix design, curing methods, and demoulding procedures are followed.
Monitor manpower, equipment, and safety throughout production.
3. Quality Control
Ensure elements meet dimensional and strength tolerances.
Follow approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with the QC team for inspections and documentation.
Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality.
4. Maintenance and Safety
Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment and moulds.
Enforce safety procedures in the casting yard.
Address and report any safety issues immediately.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of concrete technology, mix design and quality standard
Good communication and reporting skill
Candidate with experience in the precast industry are preferred

اتباع الرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
التنسيق مع فريق ضبط الجودة للفحوصات والتوثيق.
التوصية بتحسينات العملية لتعزيز جودة المنتج.
4. الصيانة والسلامة
ضمان الصيانة الملائمة لمعدات الإنتاج والقوالب.
فرض إجراءات السلامة في ساحة الصب.
معالجة وتبليغ أي مسائل تتعلق بالسلامة فوراً.
