Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development Executive – Logistics Solutions

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive- Logistics Solutions to join our commercial team in the UAE.

This is a hunting-focused role responsible for acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth across our logistics solutions, including:

  • Waslah – Multi-carrier courier aggregation platform

  • Warehousing Solutions – Fulfillment centers and dark store operations

  • Land Freight Solutions – Full Truck Load (FTL) and related transportation services


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and acquire new customers across e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, trading, and enterprise sectors.

    • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

    • Promote and sell our logistics solutions to prospective clients.

    • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiations to closing and onboarding.

    • Prepare proposals and commercial offers tailored to customer requirements.

    • Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records.

    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.

  • Experience in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain industries is preferred.

  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition and achieving sales targets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
