Business Development Executive – Logistics Solutions
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive- Logistics Solutions to join our commercial team in the UAE.
This is a hunting-focused role responsible for acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth across our logistics solutions, including:
Waslah – Multi-carrier courier aggregation platform
Warehousing Solutions – Fulfillment centers and dark store operations
Land Freight Solutions – Full Truck Load (FTL) and related transportation services
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers across e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, trading, and enterprise sectors.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Promote and sell our logistics solutions to prospective clients.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiations to closing and onboarding.
Prepare proposals and commercial offers tailored to customer requirements.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Experience in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain industries is preferred.
Proven track record in new customer acquisition and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
