Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role is based in Dubai. The Real Estate Broker will manage the full sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting new clients, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market conditions and property options. Daily responsibilities include listing properties, preparing and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms between buyers, sellers, and landlords, and ensuring all transactions comply with local regulations. The role requires maintaining accurate documentation, updating listings and CRM systems, and collaborating with internal teams to support marketing efforts. The broker will provide ongoing customer service, respond promptly to inquiries, and represent BOFMAS professionally at all times.
Qualifications
Strong Brokerage and Sales skills, with a proven ability to manage property transactions and close deals. In-depth Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local Dubai market trends and regulations. Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building trust and long-term client relationships. Effective communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail in documentation. Relevant real estate license or certification in Dubai (RERA or equivalent) is highly preferred. Proficiency in basic digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads, listings, and client records. Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously. Prior experience as a Real Estate Broker or Agent in Dubai or similar markets is an advantage.
