Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring that work is executed efficiently and meets quality standards.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, tools, and materials, to maximize productivity.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all staff and visitors.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge, keeping them updated on industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred for technical expertise.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
  • Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma signify dedication to efficiency and quality improvement.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies enhances workflow organization and delivery.
