Roles & Responsibilities
Execute daily sales and delivery activities across assigned routes to achieve sales and distribution targets.
Generate orders from assigned outlets and ensure accurate invoicing and timely product delivery.
Ensure availability, visibility, and proper merchandising of Al Islami products within assigned retail outlets.
Maintain proper stock rotation (FIFO), monitor product freshness, and report damaged or near-expiry products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to support repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Identify new sales opportunities and support expansion of outlet coverage within assigned territories.
Ensure proper handling, transportation, and storage of frozen food products while maintaining cold chain standards.
Maintain van stock accuracy and ensure proper reconciliation of sales, returns, and collections.
Monitor competitor activities, customer feedback, and market conditions and report observations to the Senior Executive.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, organized, and maintained in line with company operational and safety standards.
Follow approved route plans, delivery schedules, and company operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures related to frozen food handling.
Desired Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in van sales, distribution, or FMCG field sales operations.
Experience in frozen food or perishable product categories is preferred.
UAE market experience within Traditional Trade operations is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Basic English communication skills are required; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Malayalam language skills are an advantage.
