Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all pest control operations, ensuring compliance with Sharjah Municipality regulations and environmental standards.
- Develop and implement effective pest management strategies tailored to the specific needs of diverse client sites, from residential to commercial.
- Conduct thorough site inspections to identify pest infestations, assess risks, and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Supervise and train pest control technicians, providing guidance on safe chemical handling, application techniques, and equipment operation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Entomology, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Holding a valid Sharjah Municipality approved Pest Control Engineer/Supervisor certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the pest control industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or engineering role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing pest control operations in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local pest species and regulations.
