Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of electricians and mechanics, ensuring efficient execution of electromechanical tasks.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation, maintenance, and repair operations.
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems, adhering to safety standards and project timelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and implement proactive maintenance strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in the electromechanical field, with a proven track record of leadership.

  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent are highly advantageous.

  • Extensive experience in industrial environments, preferably in manufacturing, oil & gas, or construction sectors.
