Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that support business growth and strengthen brand positioning.

  • Lead brand management initiatives to enhance market presence across all channels.

  • Plan and execute product launches and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Technical, and other cross-functional teams to drive commercial success.

  • Develop trade marketing initiatives that support distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

  • Oversee digital marketing activities, including website management, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.

  • Manage corporate communications, public relations, and brand consistency across all marketing channels.

  • Lead the planning and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, seminars, and customer events.

  • Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogues, presentations, videos, and promotional materials.

  • Monitor marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI), providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective utilization of resources.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors in Marketing or any related degree combined with experience and qualification.

  • At least ten (10) years’ experience as Marketing Manager in the function of paints and its related products marketing in a large organization.
