Job Summary

We are hiring an *Inside Sales & Social Media Executive* to support our sales and marketing team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, lead follow-ups, and managing social media platforms to generate brand awareness and leads.

Key Responsibilities

*Inside Sales*

Handle inbound calls, emails, and Whats App inquiries from customers Follow up on leads and convert them into sales Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closure Maintain CRM and update daily sales reports Coordinate with operations/logistics for order processing

*Social Media*

Manage and grow company social media pages - Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok Create content, posts, reels, and captions to engage audience Respond to comments, DMs and customer queries on social platforms Run basic paid ads/campaigns and track performance Monitor trends and suggest ideas to increase brand visibility

Requirements

*Experience:* 0-1 year in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Social Media. Freshers with good communication skills can apply *Skills:* Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Arabic is a plus *Social Media:* Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, content creation and scheduling tools *Other:* Computer literate - MS Office, Google Sheets. Self-motivated and target-oriented *Personality:* Good phone manner, presentable, and customer-focused

Benefits

*Salary:* AED 2,500 - AED 3,000 Commission/Incentives based on sales performance Training will be provided Other benefits as per UAE labor law Note:* Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates already in UAE will be given priority.
