Roles & Responsibilities
The Facility Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining building systems and ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Coordinate with contractors and supervise maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and asset documentation.
Support facility improvement projects and emergency maintenance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in facility maintenance or building operations.
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, and CMMS/BMS.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
