Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily execution of mechanical construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors, including their work plans, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols for all mechanical installations, conducting regular site inspections and safety audits.
- Review and approve mechanical shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical construction project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale mechanical installations in industrial or commercial settings.
Valid professional certifications such as PMP or LEED AP are advantageous.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable
❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Age Criteria:
Maximum age limit is 49 years
For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience
