The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and promoting customized outsourcing solutions across diverse sectors.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain).
Build a strong client pipeline through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote BPO services – back-office support, data management, customer service, and IT-enabled solutions.
Conduct market research to identify client needs, trends, and competitive insights in the GCC outsourcing market.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to regional business requirements.
Negotiate and close high-value contracts ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, HR, and project delivery) for seamless service transition.
Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring account growth and retention.
Represent the company at GCC trade shows, business expos, and networking forums.
