Job Details

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in service-oriented sales within the BPO and outsourcing industry, focusing on GCC markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and promoting customized outsourcing solutions across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain).

  • Build a strong client pipeline through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote BPO services – back-office support, data management, customer service, and IT-enabled solutions.

  • Conduct market research to identify client needs, trends, and competitive insights in the GCC outsourcing market.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to regional business requirements.

  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, HR, and project delivery) for seamless service transition.

  • Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring account growth and retention.

  • Represent the company at GCC trade shows, business expos, and networking forums.
