Roles & Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Customer Service
Welcoming Guests: Greeting visitors, offering refreshments, and ensuring they are connected with the correct employee.
Phone & Mail Management: Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls. Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, couriers, and packages.
Inquiries: Responding to general questions from the public or clients in-person, over the phone, or via email.
2. Administrative Support
Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, managing boardroom bookings, and coordinating appointments.
Clerical Tasks: Handling data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
Travel Coordination: Assisting staff with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and preparing expense vouchers
3. Office & Facility Management
Stationery & Supplies: Monitoring inventory levels, ordering necessary office supplies, and restocking.
Environment: Maintaining a clean, tidy, and professional appearance in the reception and common areas.
Vendor & IT Liaising: Point of contact for office maintenance issues or building management
Desired Candidate Profile
Presentable and professionally groomed with a polished appearance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Pleasant, confident, and welcoming personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Guest Relations Executive, or Customer Service Executive.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a positive first impression for visitors and clients.
