Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for managing daily facility operations, maintenance, vendor services, safety compliance, and infrastructure to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace across offices, factories, and warehouses.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs.
Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and utility systems.
Supervise housekeeping, security, pest control, and other outsourced services.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate facility projects, office modifications, and space utilization.
Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Manage facility budgets, service contracts, and vendor performance.
Support emergency preparedness and fire safety requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
5–8 years of facilities management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of building maintenance, vendor management, and HSE standards.
