Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day port operations and ensure the smooth execution of all assigned activities. Coordinate daily manpower deployment, gang allocation, and shift planning based on operational requirements. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly manpower rosters in line with client requirements. Plan and execute workforce mobilization to ensure timely manpower availability. Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients and address day-to-day operational requirements and escalations. Coordinate with terminal operations, transport, accommodation, recruitment, and payroll teams to ensure seamless operational support. Arrange and coordinate On-the-Job Training (OJT) for newly hired employees prior to deployment at the port. Monitor attendance, manpower deployment, shift schedules, productivity, and workforce utilization.
Qualifications & Experience2–5 years of experience in port operations, stevedoring, manpower supply, or logistics operations. Experience in manpower deployment, gang operations, roster planning, workforce mobilization, and client coordination. Previous experience in container terminals or port operations will be an added advantage. Strong leadership, planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and operational reporting. A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
