Job Description

Define and execute the digital commerce technology roadmap and vision Lead architecture across Salesforce Commerce Cloud and SAP ecosystems Drive headless, composable, API-first and cloud-native innovation Oversee integrations across payments, OMS, logistics, and third parties Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across regions

The Successful Applicant

10+ years' experience in retail commerce technology leadership (essential) Deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA, Headless, SCAPI) Mandatory Salesforce certifications (SFCC Architect/B2C Architect/Developer Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, OMS, and enterprise integrations Proven ability to lead large, distributed engineering teams and platforms
