Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders. Track project progress and provide regular status updates to management. Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans. Manage resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization. Conduct meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items. Ensure quality standards, compliance, and project governance are maintained. Handle stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Support procurement, budgeting, and reporting where required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of project planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, or equivalent. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage. Preferred Skills: Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. Strong coordination and team management skills. Experience handling cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
