Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil & fit-out site activities.
Lead masons, carpenters, painters, and laborers.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Review drawings and monitor work progress.
Ensure safety, quality, and timely project completion.
Manage manpower, materials, and site resources.
Report progress and resolve on-site issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
3+ years of UAE experience in civil & fit-out works.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
UAE Driving License is an advantage.
