Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of complex offshore construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Oversee the installation of subsea structures, pipelines, and topsides, managing contractor performance and mitigating risks.
- Develop and implement robust construction strategies, including method statements, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to construction teams, resolving engineering challenges and ensuring compliance with design specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Civil, Marine) from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in offshore construction engineering, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Proven expertise in offshore installation techniques, subsea engineering, and pipeline construction.
- Proficiency in project management software and relevant engineering design tools.
