Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead complex contract negotiations, securing favorable terms and conditions while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and vendor selection to contract execution and performance management, driving efficiency and value.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on cost optimization, supply chain resilience, and innovation.
  • Manage a portfolio of subcontracts, ensuring effective collaboration with subcontractors and adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM).

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 17 years+ of progressive experience in procurement and subcontracts management within the Infrastructure, Construction, and Precast industry.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of contract law, procurement regulations, and best practices.
