Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our team for high-rise building construction projects in the UAE.
Requirements:
Minimum 5–15 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor with construction companies in the UAE.
Proven experience on high-rise building projects.
LEEA certification is mandatory.
Valid Lifting Supervisor certification (if applicable).
Strong knowledge of lifting operations, rigging, cranes, lifting plans, and UAE safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and in compliance with project and HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on site.
Ensure compliance with approved lifting plans, method statements, and HSE procedures.
Conduct pre-lift inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, engineers, and site management.
Monitor lifting activities to ensure safe and efficient execution.
