Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise business opportunities across UAE.

  • Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Heads of Infrastructure, Digital Transformation leaders, and Procurement teams.

  • Generate qualified opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and customer meetings.

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and solution discussions with enterprise customers.

  • Understand customer business challenges and position the company's IT services and solutions accordingly.

  • Work closely with presales and technical teams to prepare proposals, solution presentations, and commercial offers.

  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer information in CRM.

  • Develop account plans for strategic customers and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

  • Represent the company at industry events, partner events, and customer engagements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5–8 years of enterprise IT/software sales experience, preferably in workload automation, IT operations, infrastructure software, or enterprise automation solutions.

  • Added advantage if have any strong understanding of BMC Control-M / Workload Automation or competing platforms such as AutoSys, Automic, CA-7, IBM Workload Scheduler, Stonebranch, Tidal, Redwood, Dollar Universe, ActiveBatch, or JAMS.

  • Proven experience selling to large enterprise customers in the UAE, especially BFSI, government, telecom, utilities, aviation, retail, or manufacturing.

  • Existing network with CIOs, IT Directors, Heads of IT Operations, Infrastructure, Application Support, DevOps, Enterprise Architecture, and Procurement teams.

  • Strong individual contributor with the ability to generate leads, schedule customer meetings, qualify opportunities, coordinate presales, negotiate commercials, and close deals.

  • Experience working with OEMs, channel partners, system integrators, or technology vendors will be preferred.

  • Ability to identify migration, upgrade, managed services, cloud modernization, and workload automation opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the UAE market.

  • Willing to travel across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other UAE locations for customer meetings.

  • Arabic language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory.
