Qualifications Strong understanding of information technology management, business strategy, digital transformation, project management, and organizational planning. Ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Knowledge of enterprise systems, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity principles, business process improvement, and technology governance. Familiarity with enterprise architecture and IT service management concepts is an advantage. Proficiency in project management methodologies, business analysis, data analysis, reporting tools, spreadsheet applications, and business intelligence platforms. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business challenges, assess technology solutions, and develop actionable recommendations.
