Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  2. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage items.

  3. Take accurate customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen promptly.

  4. Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service.

  5. Check on customers during their meals and address any requests or concerns.

  6. Prepare and present bills, process cash and card payments accurately.

  7. Set up, clean, and organize dining tables before and after service.

  8. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area in accordance with food safety standards.

  9. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stocking supplies.

  10. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

  11. Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.

  12. Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and grooming standards.

  13. Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

  14. Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Malayalam speaking is mandatory.

  2. Freshers are welcome to apply.

  3. Previous experience as a waitress is an advantage but not required.

  4. Good communication and customer service skills.

  5. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.

  8. Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.


VISA AND ACCOMODATION WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER ONE WEEK PROBATION PERIOD.
