Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, ensuring they feel valued and understood in their purchase decisions.
  • Accurately process sales transactions using point-of-sale systems, including cash handling and electronic payment processing.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales counter, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed according to company standards.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers, actively listening to their needs to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role, ideally in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer demographics.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications, showcasing tech-savviness.
