Consulto Plus is hiring on behalf of a leading client in the UAE.
⚠️ This position is open to non-Arab candidates only.
❗ Candidates with less than 5 years of relevant experience will not be considered.
Key Requirements:✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field✅ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure Management and Troubleshooting✅ Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Government, Public Sector, or Judicial entities✅ Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange SE, Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft SQL Server, Manage Engine, and Nexthink✅ Hands-on experience with Cisco Collaboration solutions (IP Phones, Call Manager, Cisco Meeting, CMS, and Room Kits)✅ Experience with VMware v Sphere, VMware SRM, and Net App SRA✅ Strong knowledge of Disaster Recovery planning and execution✅ Experience with Commvault Backup, L2/L3 Support, Major Incident Management (MIM), and ITIL Framework✅ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:• Review, optimize, and enhance enterprise IT infrastructure• Ensure high availability, security, and performance across Data Center and Disaster Recovery environments• Execute and maintain Disaster Recovery plans and regular DR drills• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for infrastructure incidents• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)• Ensure compliance with UAE Information Assurance Standards and NESA regulations• Provide strategic recommendations for continuous infrastructure improvement
