Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Precisely measure airflow, water flow, and electrical parameters to verify system compliance with design specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot system deficiencies, including air and water leaks, improper valve settings, and equipment malfunctions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure project success.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in HVAC or a related field is preferred.
- Hold relevant certifications, such as NEBB certification, AABC certification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in TAB of HVAC systems, demonstrating practical expertise.
- Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
