Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Practitioner based in Dubai. The General Practitioner will provide comprehensive medical care with a focus on primary and family medicine. Primary responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients, conducting follow-up care, and offering preventative healthcare advice. The role also involves working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, patient-centered care. Additionally, the General Practitioner may contribute to ongoing training and development activities within the clinic.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong expertise in Medicine, Primary Care, and Family Medicine

• Proficient in Nursing concepts and practices to support holistic patient care

• Experience in leading or participating in Training programs for healthcare staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues

• Medical degree with valid medical license and board certification (or equivalent), with a focus on general practice or family medicine

• Proficiency in clinical decision-making and problem-solving

• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous

• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team, preferably in a family-centered care environment, is a plus
