Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction, from concept to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and resolving any conflicts that may arise.
• Review and approve design plans, specifications, and shop drawings, ensuring adherence to design intent, building codes, and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is essential to grasp design principles and technical aspects.
• Possession of a professional certification, such as NCIDQ, demonstrates a commitment to industry standards and best practices.
• At least 5-7 years of proven experience in interior design project management, showcasing a track record of successful project delivery.
• A strong understanding of the interior design industry, including current trends, materials, and construction methods, is needed.
