Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure to run the machine at a designed speed and achieve production targets
Ensure machines are maintained on daily basis (cleaning, lubrication)
Update manual and digital daily production and maintenance reports
Lead & execute tooling, size change, mould change operations and ensure safety while doing so
Follow orders from Production Supervisor
Maintain hygiene and cleaning for machines, surrounding areas and tools
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
Basic Education
Work Experience
Experience in Paper Lid / Thermoforming machine operations
Prior experience in a factory or production setting is an advance (Optional)
Competencies
Ability to read and write in English
Willingness to work in shifts and perform physically demanding tasks
Languages
English
