Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and purchase mobile phones, mainly iPhones, from local and international suppliers.

• Handle buying through wholesalers, traders, distributors, live auctions, and bidding platforms.

• Evaluate phone models, grades, conditions, specifications, and current market value.

• Negotiate purchase prices, payment terms, and bulk buying agreements.

• Identify profitable buying opportunities based on demand and resale value.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers.

• Monitor market prices, auction activity, and stock availability.

• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier details, and reports.

• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and management teams regarding stock requirements.

• Support logistics, import/export, and supplier follow-up when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile phone purchasing or wholesale mobile trading.

• Strong knowledge of iPhones, device grades, conditions, specifications, and market prices.

• Practical experience with live auctions, bidding platforms, supplier sourcing, and bulk purchasing.

• Strong negotiation, market research, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to identify device value, buying risk, and resale potential.

• Experience in the UAE mobile phone market is preferred.

• DAFZA or electronics trading experience is a strong advantage.

• Good communication, reporting, and supplier-management skills.

• English communication is required.

• Must be organized, responsible, and commercially focused.
