Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Shelf Merchandiser to ensure shelves are fully stocked, products are displayed neatly, and merchandise is available for customers at all times. The ideal candidate will maintain product presentation, rotate stock using FIFO, and support inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Replenish shelves and displays to maintain product availability.
Arrange products according to company merchandising standards and planograms.
Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out).
Check expiry dates and remove expired or damaged products.
Ensure shelves are clean, organized, and well presented.
Verify that price labels and promotional tags are accurate.
Report low-stock and out-of-stock items to the supervisor.
Assist with stock receiving and shelf replenishment from the warehouse.
Support periodic stock counts and inventory activities.
Minimize product damage and stock loss through proper handling.
Follow company health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Work closely with the warehouse, sales, and store management teams.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a supermarket, hypermarket, or retail store is preferred.
Basic knowledge of FIFO and merchandising practices.
Physically fit and able to lift and move merchandise.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
