The Role We are seeking an experienced Organizational Effectiveness Manager to lead initiatives that improve organizational capability, workforce performance, operating models, and employee experiences. The ideal candidate will design and implement organizational effectiveness strategies, analyze workforce trends, drive change initiatives, and partner with business leaders to create a high-performing, agile, and future-ready organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement organizational effectiveness strategies, frameworks, methodologies, and improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives and workforce priorities. Lead organizational assessments, operating model reviews, workforce diagnostics, organizational design initiatives, and performance improvement programs. Collaborate with Human Resources, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Business Leaders, Strategy, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to enhance organizational capability. Design and implement organizational development programs including leadership effectiveness, team effectiveness, culture transformation, employee engagement, and capability-building initiatives. Support organizational change management initiatives by developing change strategies, stakeholder plans, communication approaches, readiness assessments, and adoption programs. Analyze organizational data, employee feedback, engagement surveys, workforce analytics, performance metrics, and business outcomes to identify improvement opportunities. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including employee engagement, organizational health, leadership effectiveness, workforce productivity, retention, capability development, change adoption, and business performance. Develop organizational frameworks, competency models, career pathways, workforce planning strategies, and performance management approaches. Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, team effectiveness programs, strategic alignment meetings, and organizational improvement initiatives. Ensure alignment with HR policies, organizational governance standards, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee experience strategies, and business transformation objectives. Drive digital transformation initiatives through HR analytics, employee experience platforms, AI-powered workforce insights, automation, organizational network analysis, and digital collaboration tools. Manage relationships with organizational development consultants, assessment providers, HR technology vendors, training partners, and internal stakeholders. Utilize HR information systems (HRIS), employee engagement platforms, learning management systems (LMS), Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, workforce analytics tools, and project management platforms to measure organizational performance and generate insights. Prepare organizational effectiveness reports, workforce dashboards, executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Lead, mentor, and develop organizational development specialists, change management professionals, HR analysts, and cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications in Organizational Development, Change Management, Human Resources, Prosci Change Management, SHRM, CIPD, Coaching, or equivalent are highly advantageous. Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational development, change management, talent management, human resources, or related roles. At least 2 years of experience managing organizational transformation initiatives, workforce improvement programs, or organizational development projects preferred. Strong understanding of organizational design, change management, workforce analytics, employee engagement, leadership development, culture transformation, competency frameworks, and performance improvement. Experience with HRIS platforms, employee engagement tools, talent management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, analytics platforms, collaboration tools, and project management software. Familiarity with AI-powered HR analytics, digital workplace transformation, workforce planning technologies, employee experience platforms, and organizational network analysis is advantageous. Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage complex organizational initiatives while balancing business objectives, employee needs, culture, operational effectiveness, and transformation priorities. Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid environments, with flexibility to facilitate workshops, leadership meetings, and organizational improvement activities as required.
