Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting the firm's professional services to prospective clients. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships. Promote the firm's Audit, Tax, Accounting, Business Setup, Corporate Finance, and Advisory services. Meet prospective clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development initiatives. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote the firm's services.
Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills. Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Odoo, Monday.com will be an added advantage.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline. UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
Experience1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role. Candidates with or without experience in CA firms, Audit Firms, Tax Consultancy Firms, Business Setup Companies, or Professional Services are encouraged to apply. Experience in B2B sales, banking, financial services, insurance, corporate services, or consultancy will be considered an added advantage. Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and sales skills may also be considered.
