Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician at CVSAIR HVAC SYSTEMS. The technician will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing system issues, performing troubleshooting and adjustments, completing preventive maintenance, and documenting all work performed. The role involves collaborating with project teams, responding to service requests, advising customers on proper system use, and following safety and regulatory guidelines. The technician will also support continuous improvement by reporting recurring issues and suggesting technical solutions.
Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC systems, including the ability to diagnose mechanical and performance issues. Knowledge of plumbing related to HVAC installations, condensate drainage, and hydronic systems. Experience with preventive maintenance practices for heating and air conditioning equipment. Understanding of EPA regulations and compliance related to refrigerants and environmental standards. Solid grasp of electricity, including reading wiring diagrams and working safely with electrical components. Previous experience as an HVAC technician or similar role in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Relevant technical certification or vocational training in HVAC, mechanical systems, or a related field. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
