Roles & Responsibilities

Offshore Installation Supervision Supervise (sleepers, mattresses, risers, grout bags, etc.) installation operations ensuring compliance with specifications and procedures Monitor installation quality and provide technical guidance to installation crews Coordinate with marine operations ensuring efficient vessel positioning and equipment deployment Ensure installation productivity targets while maintaining safety and quality standards Daily installation targets achieved Installation quality compliance 100% Offshore productivity optimization Quality Control & Technical Compliance Conduct installation inspections and quality verification throughout offshore operations Document installation procedures and maintain comprehensive quality records Identify and resolve technical issues during installation operations promptly Ensure client specification compliance and technical standard adherence Quality inspections completed 100% Technical issue resolution <4 hours Client specification compliance Offshore Safety & Marine Operations Implement offshore safety procedures and ensure HSE compliance during operations Coordinate with marine crews on safe installation operations and equipment handling Participate in safety meetings and emergency response procedures Maintain safety awareness and incident reporting throughout offshore assignments Zero safety incidents HSE compliance 100% Safety procedure adherence Technical Support & Coordination Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise during complex installations Interface with onshore engineering teams on technical coordination and issue resolution Support equipment troubleshooting and maintenance coordination during offshore operations Maintain effective communication with project coordination teams and management Client engagement and onboard management of daily progress meeting(s) Technical support responsiveness Communication effectiveness maintained Equipment support coordination Onshore support Once onshore, assist in mobilization of marine units including documentation, equipment & personnel readiness. Experience Overview Experience Requirement: 10+ years offshore operations with 10+ years subsea installation experience Education (Min.): Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field
