Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in the card payments space. In-depth understanding of Visa and Master card scheme processing and related business flows. Hands-on experience with card simulators and transaction testing. Strong knowledge of card management systems, authorization, clearing, settlement, and dispute processes. Experience working on CARD400 modernization or migration projects is highly preferred. Exposure to Network International (NI) and/or FSI solutions would be an added advantage. Ability to engage with business, operations, and technology teams to define requirements and support end-to-end implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.

• Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) are highly desirable.

• Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology, showcasing an understanding of sector-specific challenges and solutions.
