Job Title: Heavy Driver (ADNOC Site)
Job Summary:
The Heavy Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of equipment, materials, and project-related cargo to and from ADNOC project sites while ensuring full compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements, UAE traffic regulations, and company policies. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, vehicle maintenance, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy vehicles such as trucks, trailers, , and other heavy commercial vehicles safely and efficiently.
Transport project materials, equipment, tools, between company facilities, suppliers, and ADNOC sites.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, site regulations, and UAE traffic laws at all times.
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements immediately.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure all required documentation, permits, and registrations are valid and available.
Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transportation.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, project, and site teams to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption,.
Report accidents, incidents, near misses, or traffic violations immediately to the supervisor.
Ensure compliance with company policies, defensive driving practices, and environmental requirements.
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience driving heavy vehicles in the UAE.
Previous experience working on ADNOC or other oil & gas projects is preferred.
Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and defensive driving techniques.
