Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR cum Accountant to join our real estate company in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience handling both Human Resources and Accounting functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with UAE labor laws and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities :-
Human Resources-
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR files.
Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor documentation.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll preparation.
Coordinate employee insurance and other HR-related benefits.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Accounting-
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.
Maintain VAT records and assist with VAT filing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of UAE experience in both HR and Accounting.
Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and payroll processing.
Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Salary & Benefits :-
AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 per month
