Roles & Responsibilities
Support procurement of aerospace materials, components, tools, and equipment.
Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
Compare quotations based on price, quality, lead time, and technical specifications.
Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
Coordinate with engineering, production, stores, and quality departments.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
Assist in vendor evaluation and development.
Ensure purchased items comply with technical and quality requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and support material planning.
Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules under senior guidance.
Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and aviation industry standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's BE Degree Tech in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (0–2 years of experience).
Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
