Develop and implement the project handover strategy aligned with project milestones and client requirements.
Act as the primary focal point for all handover-related matters.
Coordinate with authorities, consultants, contractors, commissioning agents, and FM teams.
Align all packages to achieve the client hand over target dates
Define and manage handover documentation requirements, including Authorities approvals, O&M manuals, as-built drawings, warranties, asset registers, and certifications.
Oversee testing, commissioning, and integrated systems testing activities.
Support achievement of Practical Completion and Final Completion milestones.
Manage defect identification, tracking, and close-out processes.
Facilitate the Client Facility management, Customer Relation and Community management teams involvement and training to ensure operational readiness.
RISK, QUALITY & COMPLIANCE
Identify handover-related risks and implement mitigation measures.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
Maintain control over handover quality and readiness within the targeted timelines.
REPORTING & GOVERNANCE
Prepare regular handover progress reports for senior management.
Track handover KPIs, milestones, and outstanding actions.
Support project close-out, lessons learned, and post-handover reviews.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
15+ years of experience in construction or project delivery with strong client-side handover experience.
Experience on large-scale projects preferred.
