Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems across the institution’s campuses. - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of AC units. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime. - Collaborate with facilities management to schedule and prioritize repair tasks. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all service operations. - Assist in upgrading existing HVAC systems to improve energy efficiency.
