We are seeking an engineering leader to take over the entire engineering organization. In this founding-level role, you will own architecture, delivery, quality, and team scaling end-to-end.
Discover the Responsibilities
Own the technical direction across the AI platform and physical appliance lines. Establish rigorous release cadences, robust versioning, and pristine UAT/production environment separations.
Oversee the data path for passive monitoring, industrial protocol decoding (e.g., Modbus, S7Comm, IEC 60870-5-104), and MITRE ATT&CK mapping.
Drive appliance hardening, TPM-based device identity, full-disk encryption, and compliance acceleration tooling across frameworks like IEC 62443 and ISO 27001.
Lead, and rapidly scale a high-performing, distributed global engineering team.

10–15+ Years of Engineering Excellence: A proven track record of leadership where you have owned delivery and organizational growth, not just architecture.
Strong roots in OT/ICS security OR a heavy enterprise detection/security background (e.g., CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, SentinelOne) with a strong command of industrial protocols.
Thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment where your impact is direct and your mandate is broad.

A background in SIEM, detection engineering, or SOC tooling.

اكتشف المسؤوليات
امتلاك الاتجاه الفني عبر خطوط منصة الذكاء الاصطناعي والأجهزة الفعلية. وضع جداول إصدار صارمة، وتباينات إصدار قوية، وفصل بيئات UAT/الإنتاج بشكل نقي.
الإشراف على مسار البيانات للمراقبة السلبية، فك تشفير البروتوكولات الصناعية (مثلاً Modbus، S7Comm، IEC 60870-5-104)، وربط MITRE ATT&CK.
